Badge embroidery is a good way to raise awareness for your brand. We have a total of 40 years of experience in making embroidery out of logos. In our early days, we did badge embroidery for MINDEF and SPF.<\/p>\n

Type of threads and fabric used for the badge<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As threads are the basis of embroidery and the major factor in the quality of the embroidery. We only choose the finest thread, Madeira.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is made by Germany\u2019s leading yarn manufacturer, <\/span>Madeira Garnfabrik. Based on their long history of manufacturing threads, they deliver renowned products of the highest quality optimized for industrial multi-needle embroidery machines.<\/span><\/p>\n

Madeira threads are made from viscose thread, a raw material which ideal for machine embroidery works. Even today, there is no other embroidery thread comparable with its quality and softness<\/span><\/p>\n

The Production Process<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Customers will send us their logo in PDF, JPG, or A.i and we will advise them of the logo size and how the badges will be die-cut out accordingly.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. We will covert their logo into an embroidery digitizing tape so that the logo is suitable for embroidery (The difference between a PDF and Digitizing tape is that PDF is a normal artwork and digitizing tape is an actual image of a running stitches artwork that how an embroidery thread movement will be like when doing the actual embroidery)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Once the digitizing process is completed, we will move on to do an actual sample to see the comparison of a digital copy and a physical copy similarity. (Usually 90% close)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
