ABOUT
ALOYSIUS FONG

THE FOUNDER

Entrepreneur Aloysius Fong founded EMB3 Pte Ltd in 1989 as the Uniform Express & Company. The company’s main business then was to produce uniforms for corporate workwear, as well as producing hospital gowns/scrubs for public hospitals in Singapore.

Under Aloysius’s leadership, EMB3 has built up a great reputation in the logo embroidery and golf-related embroidery business. With a back-room embroidery factory working alongside us, we have produced hundreds of corporate gifts for apparel stockists and renowned brands in Singapore.

Today, EMB3 has become the proud owner of the largest number of multi-head embroidery machines with special functions for cylindrical products and stitching. Our company is very capable of producing high quality embroidery with speed and accuracy, providing a one-stop factory to meet the whole market needs.

In the future, Aloysius aspires to expand his embroidery business further and to capture a larger market share nationally and internationally.

Contributing Back

To The Society

In 2008, we partnered with SCORE (Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises) from the Singapore Women’s Prisons to run a factory inside its premises at Changi.

We had a large facility inside holding 9 multi-head machines and employing 20-25 female inmates. With 2 supervisors from our company supervising the daily production, the output and productivity is not our first priority but rather giving the female inmates a new skill and employability when they were released is our main goal.
